★ Please double-check that your address and information are correct when entering it into the checkout. If you notice a mistake and have already completed the order, please contact me immediately.

★ Please allow up to 2 - 4 days of processing time for your order, as I am doing everything completely by myself.

★ Note: I am also not responsible for any additional fees you may have to pay once your order arrives.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:


1. How long does it take to process my order?

All orders I have received will be brought to the post office before the end of the work week, so please allow up to 5 days for your order to be processed.

2. What shipping service do you use?

USPS!

3. Which methods of payment do you accept?

I accept any credit/debit card, Paypal, and Venmo!

4. How can I make sure my order will have tracking?


Orders that have a non-flat item (ex: Keychains) included will automatically have tracking included. STICKER-ONLY orders will be sent as regular letter mail since it's cheaper! Please note that I am not responsible for lost mail once it's been handed off to the post service. Each order is packed carefully to minimize any possible damage that might occur.

5. Which countries are you currently shipping to?

Currently, I am only shipping domestically within the U.S. Eventually, I will be opening shipping up for other countries after reviewing the differences in import taxes and which countries are restricted from shipping.

6. I made a mistake when putting in my address, how do I fix it?

Please contact me immediately at [email protected] if you think you may have made a mistake putting in your address. If I haven't already processed your order then I can make that change and correct it before it's finalized!

7. It's been 4+ weeks and I don't have my package. It may be lost, what do I do?

If your order came with tracking, you should be able to check on the progress of your order to see if it has been delivered yet. I am not responsible for any lost packages once they are handed to the postal service, since it is out of my control. I will not be able to offer a refund for any lost packages.

Please check with your local post office or neighbors if you think it may have been delivered elsewhere. If your order is returned to me for any reason then I will re-send it to you or offer a refund. (I will only offer refunds for returned packages/damaged orders, not lost ones.)

8. My order arrived damaged or broken, what do I do? :(

I'm so sorry if something arrived broken! Each order is wrapped tightly together to prevent damage and tracked shipping orders are placed in a bubble polymailer.

If your order arrives torn in half or broken, please email me with a picture of the damaged product. I can replace the product if it's still in stock or offer you a refund for your order! (Minus the shipping costs)

COCOACREATES RETURN POLICY:

Returns are accepted within 14 days.


The buyer is responsible for shipping or customs fees when returning their order. If your order was damaged upon delivery, please email me and take a picture of the damage to get a replacement or a refund (shipping fees not included.)

Example: If you purchased 10 dollars worth of items and paid 5 dollars worth of shipping, you will be refunded 10 dollars, not 15.
